5. 管理：虽然我做管理比较菜，但还是积累了一些粗浅经验，发现管人和管AI是类似的，都是有一套系统性的方法论，我有一点感觉，还没成型，而且AI更简单，不需要考虑它的情绪问题和利益问题

。如果做得不好，有的是超出其能力范围，有的是活儿你自己没拆清楚或者交代不清楚，老板经常被下面人骂，是有原因的
2）做到进度管理，该确认的及时确认，否则就耽误了，该放弃的就果断放弃，该放手的就相信对方
3）做完后，让它总结一下经验教训，甚至可以固化成skills
你肯定会遇到很多技术性问题的，没关系，网上都有教程的，或者直接问AI。
在程序员眼里，你的使用方式非常野路子，没关系，本来我们就是不是当程序员。版本管理、数据同步、这些习惯，都是可以边做边学的。
coding是一项通用能力，来解决各种问题，就跟智力一样，而不是单单写软件代码。
coding是要解决你的日常问题，这样你才有持续迭代的动力，否则只是一次炫技，长期价值不大。
就像去健身，不要一开始就担心自己练成施瓦辛格的大块肌肉太丑怎么办，因为你大概率练不出来。
健身最开始，也不要太苛责自己动作的标准，肌肉都没有，怎么可能那么标准，都是边长肌肉边纠正发力方式的
